To reserve equipment, a credit card number will be taken and kept on file. If you cancel your reservation with less than 72 hours notice, a $50 fee may be charged to the card on file.

Round trip delivery fee is determined as follows:

Bellingham 98226 = $100

Bellingham 98225= $115

Bellingham 98229 = $135

Blaine 98230 = $150

Custer 98240 = $125

Deming 98244 = $135

Everson 98247 = $110

Ferndale 98248 = $120

Lynden 98264 = $110

Maple Falls 98266 = $160

Nooksack 98276 = $110

Sedro Woolley 98284 = $200

Sumas 98295 = $150

*Additional $60 fee for equipment over 13,000 lbs

Or, you may rent a trailer at a reduced price and tow the equipment yourself. 2-5/16" ball and electric brake controls required.

In general:

1/2 ton can pull up to 8,000 lbs

3/4 ton can pull up to 14,000 lbs

1 ton can pull up to 16,000 lbs

Please do your research, it's your responsibility to know how much your specific vehicle can handle.

Fuel, Cleaning, & Damage Fees

Fuel Reimbursement Fee: If equipment is returned or picked up without being fully fueled, lessee will be charged $6.00 per gallon used.

Cleaning Fee: If equipment is returned or picked up without being cleaned, then lessee will be charged a cleaning fee based on the time it takes to clean it.

Damage Fee: If equipment is returned or picked up with damage (not due to normal wear and tear) it may be quoted by a third party and lessee will be charged for the cost of the repairs.

Tax will be applied to all charges above.

Day/Weekend/Week/Month (4 week) Rental Terms

Day = 24hrs (starting at 8am), (8 hours on hour meter), prorated thereafter

Weekend = Sat. & Sun. (8 hours on hour meter for equipment over 12k LBS), (10 hours on hour meter for equipment under 12k LBS), prorated thereafter

Week = 7 days (40 hours on equipment hour meter) prorated thereafter

Month/ 4 week= 28 Days (160 hours on equipment hour meter) prorated thereafter
