Delivery Charges / Terms & Conditions

To reserve equipment, a credit card number will be taken and kept on file.  If you cancel your reservation with less than 72 hours notice, a $50 fee may be charged to the card on file.    

Delivery fee is determined as follows : 

$50 plus $5.00 per mile ($8.00 per mile for equipment over 12,000 lbs ($100 minimum)) from 1630 E Smith Rd, Bellingham, WA 98226  to delivery location (We only charge for delivery).  Example: delivery location is 5 miles from 1630 E Smith Rd, Bellingham, delivery charge  would be (5 x $5.00)+ $50 = $75.00. 

 Or, you may rent a trailer at a reduced price and tow the equipment yourself.  2-5/16" ball and electric brake controls required. 

In general:

1/2 ton can pull up to 8,000 lbs

3/4 ton can pull up to 14,000 lbs

1 ton can pull up to 16,000 lbs

Please do your research, it's your responsibility to know how much your specific vehicle can handle.

• Fuel Reimbursement Fee: If equipment is returned or picked up without being fully fueled, lessee will be charged $6.00 per gallon used.  

• Cleaning Fee: If equipment is returned or picked up without being cleaned, then lessee will be charged a cleaning fee based on the time it takes to clean it.  

• Damage Fee: If equipment is returned or picked up with damage (not due to normal wear and tear) it may be quoted by a third party and lessee will be charged for the cost of the repairs.  

Tax will be applied to all charges above.

Our shop is not always manned during daytime hours.  Please call ahead.

Day = 24 hours (8 hours on the machine hour meter) prorated thereafter

Weekend = 48 hours (8 hours on the machine hour meter) prorated thereafter

Week = 7 days (40 hours on the machine hour meter) prorated thereafter

Month/ 4 week= 28 Days (160 hours on the machine hour meter) prorated thereafter
